Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A minimum 30% advance is required to confirm the booking.

• Remaining amount must be cleared on or before the day of the event (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If a client cancels the booking 30 days or more before the event, only the advance is retained.

• Cancellation within 30 days of the event will require the client to pay 50% of the total booking amount.

• Postponements are allowed only once, based on availability.

3. Deliverables

• Final edited photos and videos will be delivered within 4–8 weeks after the event.

• RAW files will not be provided unless agreed upon before the booking.

• All editing styles are at the discretion of Akifotography, aligned with our artistic standards.

4. Travel & Accommodation

• For events outside Indore, travel, food, and accommodation arrangements (or reimbursements) must be provided by the client for the entire team.

5. Copyright & Usage

• Akifotography retains the copyright to all images and videos.

• We reserve the right to use selected photos/videos for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client before the event.

6. Client Cooperation

• The client must ensure cooperation from family, guests, and vendors for smooth shooting.

• Akifotography will not be held responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation or restrictions from the venue or event timing issues.

7. Force Majeure

• In case of unforeseen events like natural disasters, technical failure, or health emergencies, Akifotography will try to reschedule or offer partial refund, but will not be held legally responsible for non-performance.

8. Liability

• Akifotography’s liability for any claim, whether in contract or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.
